Customer Success Manager

UrbanDart is an all-in-one sales acceleration platform. We're looking for experienced front end engineers to help us develop and maintain a 24x7, infrastructure system that powers our core engines.

As a front-end developer at UrbanDart, you'll help design and build beautiful, intuitive user interfaces for our web applications to create the best experience for our users.

Location:

Hyderabad, Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi

Education:

BE/BTech/MS/MTech/MCA/Phd in Computer Science

Job Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be working with some of the best companies in India, helping them get most out of the Urbandart platform. You might be working with clients who are in different phases of the customer lifecycle and be responsible to improve the top-line of the company. You will require a deep understanding of the platform we run and be able to communicate it effectively. Previous Enterprise Sales/ Account Management or Customer Success/Account Management experience is a huge plus.

Requirements

  • Communication is key to this role. ,You need to be quick to respond, be proactive and be on the clientís side. Your role will require you to talk to members of the clientís team at all levels and you should display humility and expertise in your conversations. Establish long-term relationships with customers.
  • 5+ years of experience
  • Aid in revenue generation through upselling and cross-selling
  • You will need to be good at negotiating terms, pricing, and reviewing contracts.
  • Manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently, with effective communication
  • A Startup Guy: Self motivated and someone who would not shy away from taking ownership and responsibilities in a challenging environment.
