You will be working with ambassadors, setting their targets and coach them to exceed their targets. Come up with smart strategies to tweak existing processes and give recommendations to improve overall efficiency.

Bachelors Degree Equivalent
The right candidate:
- Passion for operations and customer service.
- 1+ years experience in operations or customer service.
- Manage end-to-end processes related to the business by working closely with ambassadors. You will be reporting to the campaign manager and help ensure success of campaigns and ambassadors.
- Highly customer oriented and ability to be well planned and organized.
- Good communication is essential due to the nature of the role. This means clearly communicating what is needed, when answers are required, understanding the answers provided and being able to communicate the information effectively when an issue needs to be escalated, at all levels.
- Bias for action - you drive results in a big way and can get things done in a highly matrixed and relationship based organization.
- Quick learner and desire to develop in the specialized role.
- Have a network of industry contacts
- Experience in working for a startup
