Education:

Bachelor Degree or Higher

The right candidate:

• Passion for Sales and Marketing.
• 3+ years experience in sales and marketing.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of business across multiple verticals.
• Highly customer oriented and ability to be well planned and organized.
• Ability to deliver on multiple priorities with attention to detail despite tight deadlines.
• Strong presentation, communication and negotiation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of online and offline business models and Internet//Technology.
• Strong analytical skills. Lives on Data.

Role:

• Onboarding: You will work closely with businesses to help them onboard. You will create strategies and come up with smart recommendations to help with the success of the campaigns.
• Training: Work with Ambassador Coach to come up with best training material.
• Customer Happiness: Ensure our clients receive the highest level of sales and customer service. Manage relationships with existing businesses and managing their expectations.
• Improve: Report and provide feedback to Head of Sales using statistical data to continuously improve processes and key metrics of the business.
• Take Ownership: Hustle and Do whatever it takes to get the job done. We take customer delight and quality salesmanship very seriously.

Helpful Skills

• Experience in working for a startup
• Ready to travel for few days a month
• Experience in outbound sales and recruitment
